Warranty

All Bent. custom crafted rings and jewellery are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in material and/or workmanship for a set period of 12 months from date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original owner only and is not transferable. Proof of purchase may be required. Warranty claims are not valid if you modify or change your jewellery.

1 Year Limited Warranty

All Bent. Collection jewellery pieces and Custom Order pieces come with our standard 12 Month Manufacturer’s Warranty. The warranty provides, in the case of a manufacturing defect caused by a fault in production or in the natural materials used, repairs to the item free of charge*.   Damages to a Bent. jewellery item sustained through accident, or daily wear and tear will be repaired upon approval of an estimate.

We are more than happy to refinish your ring at any time if the wood becomes exposed. This service is free and will only cost you return postage unless you can drop/pick it up yourself.

What this warranty does not cover is loss of your ring or breakages from misuse and abuse. Bentwood rings are incredibly strong but can still be broken if you decide to drop a rock on it or whack it with a hammer, so please try to avoid this.

If you do need to make a warranty claim, please contact us by email with the details and we will reply with how to send your ring to us. You will need to provide proof of purchase and pay for postage.
